Problem definition
Sama is dedicated to developing a comprehensive diagnostic tool to aid organisations in retaining women within their workforce. This proposal outlines a detailed plan for the development of the Sama product, emphasising resource frugality and product security. The primary objective is to build a functional version of the Sama product while ensuring robust security measures and efficient resource utilisation.
All Surveys in a single System
Purpose driven data collection mechanism in a form of surveys set with multiple permutation and combinations to get the most realistic information from the employees.
End to end Org Management System
Since Sama works with multiple organisations, it is most crucial to visualise the pain-points with the help of intersectional analysis of each organisation across multiple locations and sectors.
Detailed Survey Analysis
Focusing on the metrics that matter the most, the survey provides detailed analysis to setup a continuous learning and adaptive recommendations to the HRs of the organisation.
Defining the users
The approach that is being considered currently is to use off the shelf SaaS tools in a micro-services kind of architecture, where each product module can be separately set up on a self-contained tool and the data pipeline between the various tools created through APIs. It is important that the individual components as well as the set up as a whole meet the product and infosec requirements for the following users.

This includes services driven by an automated system for the aspirants to save their time by providing proper guidance and efficient solution.
Workflow Structure
Sama runs a diagnostic tool (a survey based instrument) with a subset of employees in an organisation and generates quantitative and qualitative insights. These insights are then matched with possible solutions that organisations can implement to retain women within the organisation.

Analytical Dashboard
The Analytical Dashboard for surveys offers a comprehensive overview of survey performance. It displays the total number of surveys conducted, the count of respondents who participated, and insights into the solutions provided. Users can easily track engagement metrics, analyze response trends, and access detailed reports to inform decision-making. This dashboard serves as a vital tool for understanding user feedback and improving future survey strategies.
Organization Management
Detailed organisation management with an option for admin to add or make changes to the org details along with manage the logins provided to the organisation. In the details, all the surveys taken or scheduled for the organisation is available along with the metrics that matter for that org and recommended solutions. These organisations can have multiple locations.
User Management
Manage all system users in one place, be it Sama users or multiple organisation users with their respective roles and responsibilities. User’s accounts can be activated and deactivated with just one click. Along with tracking their logins and other details. All the information is end-to-end encrypted, even in transition. Since the survey’s are anonymous, any information of the survey respondents is not saved in the system to adhere to highest level of transparency.
Solution Hub Management
Recommended Solutions Management is most crucial based on the results of the surveys. These solutions are provided to multiple organisations after thorough analysis of the survey(s) that they have taken. The HRs of the respective organisation then implements these solutions and then a detailed feedback is taken for the next steps.
Survey Management
A 100% dynamic survey creation and management module is setup to create surveys for multiple organisations with different set of questions of different types such as textual questions, rating, conditional, calculation matrix, single select, multiple-select and others. Each question in the survey is then linked to a scoring matrix to get detailed insights about the survey.
Scorecard
A comprehensive scorecard is created for each survey taken by an organisation, which enables Sama team to make a quick decision on where the organisation stands. These scorecards and calculation matrix is 100% dynamic and can be modified as per the expertise of Sama team when they setup the survey(s).
